xe2x97x8f Managing the operations and overseeing all media campaigns across the full campaign life cycle. Including:
xe2x97x8b Provision of impression availability and media reservation
xe2x97x8b Media Plan development and management
xe2x97x8b Coordination with Media Client Services and Ad Ops team for creative assets and overseeing QA
xe2x97x8b Weekly campaign pacing review
xe2x97x8b Optimisation and inventory management
xe2x97x8b Internal stakeholder relationship management
xe2x97x8b Providing project management support
xe2x97x8f Work in partnership with the Media Planning Client Services team to understand client objectives and needs
xe2x97x8f Ensuring client requirements are accurately communicated to internal teams, as this is crucial in the highly-regulated healthcare environment.
xe2x97x8f Provide exemplary service post-campaign launch in order to meet contractual obligations by monitoring programmes
xe2x97x8f Complete campaign performance spreadsheets, analysing data from our ad server and 3rd party reports
xe2x97x8f Prepare delivery summaries, working with Inventory and Ad Ops teams to drive campaign success, and escalate issues to Planning management

xe2x97x8f Assisting in the facilitation of Media product rollouts and process efficiency initiativesQualifications and Competencies
xe2x97x8f Bachelor's degreexe2x97x8f Ideally will have some experience in operations in an agency, publisher Operations, Ad Operations or Programmatic environment
