Roles and Responsibilities:
Meeting the sales targets and sales goals efficiently.
Monitoring and managing a team of Telesales executives and driving productivity.
Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
Maintaining a positive working environment for the employees.
Adhering to the work policies, ethics, and regulations of a firm.
Assisting team in closing the sales.
Ensuring that the executives meet targets and sending reports to the manager on the targets achieved.
Periodically reviewing the performance of the team, constantly motivating executives.
Achieve KPI (Key Performance Indicator) and productivity targets for the team.
Do KRA (Key Result Area) management and reporting.
Give timely & real-time feedback to improve calls.
Ensure Log-in hours are maintained as per set standards.
Maintaining the lead hygiene of the team.
Skills Required: Sales Oriented, Good Communication skills, Team Handling, Sales Management, Microsoft Office Suite
