About the Role:As a Direct Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth for India\'s leading insurance company by engaging with potential customers directly, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored life insurance solutions. You will be responsible for generating leads, converting them into clients, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation & Appointment Scheduling: Proactively generate leads through various channels (e.g., online platforms, referrals, networking, telemarketing) and schedule appointments with prospective customers.- Customer Needs Assessment & Solutioning: Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their financial goals, risk appetite, and life insurance requirements. Develop and present customized solutions, explaining different products and their features.- Product Presentation & Sales: Effectively communicate the value proposition of products, highlighting benefits and addressing customer concerns. Secure policy applications and ensure proper documentation.- Relationship Management & Follow-up: Build strong rapport with clients by providing personalized support, addressing inquiries, and proactively managing their policies. Ensure post-sales satisfaction and loyalty.- Sales Reporting & Analytics: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, conversions, and customer interactions. Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize performance.Qualification Criteria:- Graduation in any discipline is preferred.
