We are looking for an Associate Sales Commission Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad location. We are looking for someone who has good experience with Sales incentive plans. We have a great skill set in the team and we would love to speak with you if you have passion to work in sales compensation.About You \xe2\x80\x93 experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• Minimum 1 year work experience in sales incentive compensation or related accounting, financial or operational discipline
• Knowledge of Sales incentive plans, Sales Compensation Tools.
• Must be good in MS Office (particularly advanced skills in Excel including formulas; skills in MS Access or similar database application would be advantageous, internet and email; order processing systems, and Salesforce.com knowledge).
• Education: MBA

It would be great if you also had experience with. . .

• Proven ability to work independently and in matrix environment.
• Good knowledge of compliance and basic legal knowledge.
• Passion to work and driven by progression.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Managing elements of the Sales Commission monthly process, ensuring our sales teams are receiving their correct sales compensation in-line with compensation plan and our Sales Incentive guidelines.
• Query Management \xe2\x80\x93 Answering Sales teams queries around their sales compensation, or queries in relation to the Sales Incentive Plan
• Point of Contact for our Team Selling Bonus program
• Reviewing and creating reports using Excel
• Taking responsibility in delivering tasks using own initiative with showing accuracy.
• Problem solving \xe2\x80\x93 part of the role will be managing queries from our Business partners about Sales compensation.
