Responsibilities :- Handling foot falls at the dealerships and dealership related activities.- Lead generation through promotional activities/Walk in customer/Cold calls etc.- To work closely with dealer Sales team and Finance coordinator for generation adequate leads for qualifying expected conversion subject to our norms in tune with desired Market share.- Should not move out of Dealership unless for Joint cold calls with Sales team during Promo events.- To facilitate collection of KYC and minimum back papers and pass it on to our FE for further process. - To facilitate appointment of customer for Field Investigation/Documents to Field Executive at the convenient timing of customers. - Timely collection of PDD (Post-delivery documents - Invoice/Ins/RC/D.key etc)- Exploring favorable cross selling opportunities with the customers- To upgrade the market knowledge on the financial products- Be PAD [Present at the time of delivery]- To escalate any important update to BM (like competitor activity, not getting support in spite of presence etc.,) for taking mid-course correction. - To get dressed formally and present himself pleasingly with all he deals with.- During festive season and peak sales period, he is expected to attend on Holidays/week end etc. (He may take Comp off after consulting with BM/FE when flow is low after ensuring proper replacement by other SFA)Key skills required :- Good communication skills in English or local language - both oral and written- Results oriented - Good attitude towards customer centricity (ref:updazz.com)
