Responsibilities:
• Managing a substantial volume of incoming emails, chats, and phone inquiries.
• Responding promptly, professionally, and accurately to all customer inquiries related to quotes, orders, status requests, complaints, product returns, and replacements.
• Collaborating with internal departments to fulfill customer needs effectively.
• Proofreading materials created by the Design team and ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Adhering to the company's communication guidelines and procedures with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
• Any graduate with 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must.
• Previous experience in dealing with US or international clients is a must.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work as per the demands of the role.
• Willingness to work in_ rotational shifts _, including night shifts (applicable only to male candidates) .
• Shift adherence is necessary as and when required.
