Responsibilities: As an Associate Resource Coordinator in Epiqs Professional Services group, you\'ll assist with resource coordination, ensuring our teams are efficiently scheduled and equipped to deliver quality service. Your primary responsibilities include:
Tracking schedules and paid time off (PTO) for the forensics and collections group to determine resource availability.
Responding promptly to incoming resource requests from various teams.
Assessing resource suitability for specific tasks, escalating complex decisions as needed.
Assigning resources to requests, whether they are from Epiq's internal team or external partners.
Providing quotes for Sales and Client Services based on request.
Gathering data from Epiqs systems and generating reports on collection activities.
Synchronizing media/data from collections to Epiq systems as required.
Contributing to policy and process development as needed.
Participating in critical calls and exercises for issue resolution and service quality enhancement.
Qualifications:
