Growing together.Positions in this function include those responsible for designing/developing, programming, maintaining and publishing operational reports. Provides operational analysis utilized for decision making. May make recommendations based on the analysis, and provide explanations for reporting results as needed. May be done for internal operational purposes as well as for customers.Primary Responsibilities:

• Produce, publish, and distribute scheduled and ad-hoc reports relating to business performance Analyze, review, and trend complex data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for the business
• Communicate analysis and interpretation to appropriate audiences Lead projects to completion by assisting leaders, peers, and business/data analysts in researching and implementing solutions to business challenges Conduct variance analyses as required each month following month-end business close, explaining all significant variances
• Support analysis and interpretation of results for operational business reviews and planning
• Analyze key performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of major variances Anticipate needs and proactively develop solutions to meet them
• Develop innovative approaches to achieve deliverables
• Support short- and long-term operational/strategic business activities through analysis
• Develop and document complex business analysis and reporting requirements
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Eligibility
To apply to an internal job, employees must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum duration of 12 months of continuous service in their current grade and position.
• Performance rating in the last common review cycle of \xe2\x80\x9cMeets Expectations\xe2\x80\x9d or higher.
• Not be on any active CAP (Corrective Action Plan) or active disciplinary action
• Grade 24 and 25 can apply

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Advanced MS Excel, Power BI, SQL and SharePoint
• Previous reporting experience
