This is a full-time position within our Retail Banking division, specifically in the Rural Banking department under the Assets team, focusing on our Rural Unnati initiative. The ideal candidate will be based in Chhattisgarh, India and will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our rural clients.Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for rural clients, providing them with exceptional customer service and building strong relationships- Identify and understand the financial needs of rural clients and offer appropriate banking solutions- Cross-sell and upsell various banking products and services to rural clients, including loans, deposits, and insurance- Conduct regular visits to rural areas to meet with clients and promote our products and services- Collaborate with other teams within the bank to ensure seamless delivery of services to rural clients- Keep up-to-date with market trends and competition in the rural banking sector- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the bank's rural banking portfolioQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail banking, preferably in a rural banking setting- Strong understanding of rural markets and customer behavior- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software- Willingness to travel to rural areas for client meetings and business development activitiesWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career growth and development within our organization.
