This role will involve building and maintaining relationships with customers, promoting various banking products and services, and achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities:- Actively engage with customers to understand their banking needs and offer suitable products and services- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers- Achieve sales targets for liabilities products such as savings accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits, and recurring deposits- Cross-sell other banking products and services to customers- Conduct regular customer outreach activities to generate leads and acquire new customers- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer queries or complaints in a timely manner- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction- Stay updated on market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth and improvementQualifications and Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail banking, preferably in liabilities sales- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong sales and negotiation skills- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Proficient in MS Office and banking software- Knowledge of local market and customer preferences- Customer-centric mindset and ability to build and maintain relationships- Strong understanding of banking regulations and policiesIf you are a self-driven and results-oriented individual with a passion for banking, we would love to hear from you.
