Roles and Responsibilities:- Conduct research (both online and offline) on sports and arts academies in India.- Reach out to clients to drive sales and promote the adoption of our products and services.- Train clients on using our products and services, and handle any escalations.- Collaborate with the product and tech teams to enhance and further develop the product.- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at prospective client organizations- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and customize sales materials and offerings for corporate clients- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention- Actively engage with potential clients through in-person meetings and generate adequate appointments for the day- Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their queries and concerns.- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activitiesCandidates Requirements:- Graduation is mandatory- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits (ref:updazz.com)
