We are seeking a future team member for the role of Associate (Grade H) to join our Global Asset Safety Group. This role is located in Pune, Maharashtra (MH) - HYBRID.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Support solution development initiatives to reduce risk and enhance resiliency within Global Asset Safety Group.
Explore BNY Mellon's data eco-system to identify opportunities for continuous process improvement within Global Asset Safety and the wider Operations environment.
Learn new tools, systems and techniques that can be beneficial to Global Asset Safety and our stakeholders.
Acting as an enabler to leverage data in transforming our work and delivering exceptional value to our clients.

The successful applicant will have following skills:
Good digital skills, exposure to / understanding of solution architecture with backend database, ETL and front-end Visualization with ability to interpret data and understand the critical data elements that drive business strategy.
Good documentation and communication skills to execute requirements using tooling such as Microsoft Office Suite, and SharePoint.
Is a self-starter and collaborative team player with patience to execute with consistency.
Application Testing skills to support and service internal stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, we are seeking the following:
Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
3+ years of total work experience whereas Techno-Functional experience is preferred.
Has an experience of being part of Transformation initiatives.
Knowledge on Risk and Control Self Assessments (RCSA) will be an advantage.
