Designation - Associate Recruitment and Development Manager Pay Roll : On Roll Experience : Mini. 3+ Years in Sales and marketing or BFSI CTC : Up to 4 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus Qualification : Graduation/MBA Skill : Influential Skills ,Relationship Building Skills, Achievement Oriented Basis Computer Skills : (MS - Office, Excel, Power Point) Roles and Responsibilities :- Recruiting agents and providing regular training for selling Products - Assigned and maintaining sound relations with the clients and agents - Licensing, tracking and activation of the agents - Maintaining sound relationships with the agents and provide regular product and process training to them - Playing the role of a problem solver and actively resolving issues and queries.
