Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling IT and non-IT requisitions from US-based clients.
Responsible for full cycle recruiting source, qualify, interview, offer, negotiate, and close positions.
Source from job boards including but not limited to Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other social media channels.
Identify and interview candidates to gain an understanding of their skillset and career goals.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, prepare candidates for meetings, follow up after meetings.
Negotiate contracts, offers, and manage all facets of the placement process.
Should stay updated with Technical knowledge and awareness of the latest emerging IT /Non-it technologies.
Should be able to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
