This role will play a crucial part in sourcing, evaluating, and hiring top-tier talent across various functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruiting for non-IT positions, with a strong background in sales and marketing roles across industries such as chemical, agricultural, pharma, agriscience, bioscience, and FMCG to join our RPO Talent Acquisition team supporting our client based in India.Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing and Networking: Utilize effective sourcing strategies (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to identify and engage with potential candidates.
• Screening and Selection: Review resumes and assess candidates\' qualifications and fit for specific roles.
• Employer Branding: Contribute to enhancing the company\'s employer brand through effective communication and engagement with candidates.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
• Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor practices, and talent market dynamics to advise on recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or in a similar role, focusing on non-IT positions, particularly in sales and marketing.
• Proven track record of sourcing and hiring candidates across diverse industries such as chemical, agricultural, pharma, agriscience, bioscience, and FMCG.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing techniques and candidate assessment methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
