Job descriptionKorn Ferry is seeking an Associate Recruiter to join our RPO Talent Acquisition team with our exciting global client.The Role:As our teams are growing, we will welcome on board those who are open to long - term cooperation and challenging sourcing activities! In this role you will be working closely with both Recruiters & Senior Recruiters to ensure we bring the best talent into our client's business.Responsibilities:Working in the role you will be required to:

• Attract top recruiting talent for specific career opportunities in the market, using numerous sourcing channels and methodologies.
• Execute headhunting, direct talent sourcing and networking strategies.
• Approach and screen candidates.
• Create talent pools as well as pipelining.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity of internal ATS systems regarding Candidates data.
• Work closely with the Internal Recruiter on a daily basis and support him/her in order to meet all KPI's and SLA's
• Suggest process improvements concerning all aspects of the recruitment - we are always looking for ideas how to be better!

Skills & Experience:To be successful in this position you will have:

• Previous recruitment experience and knowledge of sourcing best practices
• Proven expertise in IT and Technical recruitment, specifically targeting roles within IT Infrastructure, Cloud, and Data Engineering domains.
• Strong sourcing background with experience of using multiple sourcing channels.
• Fluent English language skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Skills in reporting and working on different recruitment systems.
• Ability to work in a fast - paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
