You'll work with the recruiting team to coordinate recruiting efforts and be responsible for your own recruiting goals as well. This may include community sourcing, screening resumes and applications, scheduling onsite interviews, assisting in completing reference checks, background checks, drug tests, and completing paperwork for each new hire.
