The Quality Generalist team conducts internal quality controls concerning particular areas or company products to ensure they fulfill given quality procedures and norms. Monitors and records inconsistencies with quality procedures and norms. Preparing quality analyses and recommends necessary quality procedure changes.

This role in summary

Collects customer complaint data from the field and the service organization to act as an early warning

signal to the concerned department and analyzes the data.

Your responsibilities will include

Collects customer complaint data from the field (trade partners, CFA's and end -users) and

communicates the results to the plant for immediate action.

Visits customers to better understand the nature of the complaints. Organizes visit of plant personnel to customers and customer's visits to the plant. Provide data to In charge quality analysis relating to field quality. Works Closely with the sales and service organization to schedule customer visits and collect

customer complaints data.

Analysis of all field related data- GSIR, TCQ, CMR , visits, customer calling .

Minimum requirements

Job Title : Field Quality Engineer

Qualification : Graduate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Work Experience : 4 to 6 years

Reporting to : In charge Field Quality



Quality Reporting /Analysis/Planning

Proficient in reporting and analysis Proficient in SAP report and analysis Proficient in TCQ reporting , analysis Computer Literacy-Advanced Excel / Tableu
