As an Associate, your primary responsibility will be to establish core digital banking and wallet solutions globally.Role Responsibilities

• Develop and implement testing and quality assurance artifacts for new and existing software.
• Day-today-day technical, research, and analytical support
• Ensure that software functionality is implemented according to the product stakeholder needs.
• Document results accurately and reports results tactfully and concisely.
• Recommend improvements to existing software programs, especially for unit tests.
• Exercise independent judgement within defined parameters to determine appropriate action.
• Log and track system flaws using the JIRA issue tracking system.
• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate issue resolution with operations, functional, and technical teams.
• Work with a software development team and Service providers in a geographically distributed structure.
• Provide coaching to Junior Associates.
• Works independently on simple to medium complex projects

Role Requirements

• 2-4 years of professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with Automation testing using Selenium,Karate and different frameworks.
• Experience with Test Management tools like TestRail, JIRA, ALM, etc
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
• Demonstrated experience in API testing using Rest Assured, SOPAUi, Postman, etc.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, analytical mind, and problem-solving attitude.
• Experience in testing web-based solutions
• Knowledge accessing relational databases (e.g. SQL scripting)
