The position of Associate, QA of QC requires strong attention to detail and a drive for excellence. This manufacturing role, based in Ahmedabad, offers the opportunity to supply to world-class quality assurance practices and play a crucial role in ensuring the detailed production of our life-saving products.Job Responsibilities:

• Review and approve specifications, Standard Test Procedure (STP), and Calculation sheet in TcU.
• Review and approve the Annexure of Specification and cleaning validation Calculation sheet in TcU.
• Review and approve Obsoletion flow for Specification documents in TcU.
• Review and approve Document Change Requests (DCR) for specification and STP, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedure.
• Ensure that all specification-related documents and records adhere to cGMP and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and revise all specifications and Standard Test Procedure (STP) with the approval of respective country/regulatory agency.
• Identify and report any gaps in Specification documents in comparison to Compendia, Supplier, and R&D documents.
• Guide and provide support to QC Document control team, QC, QA, and Microbiology for any specification-related queries or issues.
• Initiate and attend quality-related meetings, contributing to the development of a strong quality culture within the organization.

Job Requirements:To successfully compete for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• A proven track record in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to strictly adhere to procedures and guidelines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in reviewing and approving specifications, STPs, and other relevant documents.
• Familiarity with cGMP and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Ability to determine gaps in specifications and propose suitable solutions.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to implement effective resolutions.
