Good hands-on experience in solution development via Databricks2. Good hands-on experience in Python / Pyspark3. Good hands-on experience in RDBMS - SQL (MS SQL / SSMS / Azure SQL preferred)4. Experience in Data Migration is good to have5. Good communications skills (verbal & written).
