Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and motivated NetSuite Finance and Functional
Consultant with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a
strong background in finance processes and a solid understanding of NetSuite functionality,
with hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting NetSuite solutions
for clients across various industries. As the Finance and Functional Consultant, you will work
closely with clients to understand their finance-related requirements.Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with clients to understand their finance-related business processes, objectives,
and challenges.
2. Conduct workshops and interviews to gather and document client requirements, translating
them into NetSuite configurations and solutions.
3. Support end-to-end implementation projects for finance modules within NetSuite, including
Financial Management, Budgeting and Forecasting, and Procurement.
4. Configure NetSuite to meet client-specific finance requirements, including chart of accounts
setup, financial reporting, and integration with third-party systems.
5. Assist in data migration activities, ensuring accurate and timely transfer of financial data
from legacy systems to NetSuite.
6. Provide training to client stakeholders on NetSuite functionality, usage, and best practices,
both during and post-implementation.
7. Document project requirements, configurations, and customizations to ensure knowledge
transfer and maintain project documentation.
Qualification:
7. Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
8. 2-4 years of hands-on experience in finance or accounting roles, with exposure to ERP
systems such as NetSuite.
9. Basic understanding of finance processes and terminology, including financial reporting,
budgeting, and analysis.
10. Familiarity with NetSuite or other ERP systems is a plus, with a willingness to learn and
develop technical expertise in NetSuite functionality.
11. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and translate
