To review the requests received for the changes to the Auto/Property policies and process the changes as per the guidelines laid down.Job Responsibilities

• Ability to skim through Auto/Property policies and based on insured\'s/agents request, policy guidelines & history, provide processing solution

• Work with the insurance agents, RMBC and team members to modify, update, and process requests for the Auto/Property policies

• Review and verify personal information including names, addresses, ages and other data to ensure the accuracy of insurance company records

• Follows guidelines and adheres to high standards

• Takes initiative to enhance process through Ideas and CI Practices

• Able to handle assigned work within required standards

• Concise written communication skill

• Commitment to a full schedule with few absence

Primary Skills

• Critical thinking and analytical skills, Comprehensive reading ability and Understanding of American English jargon

• Fluent in English communications, Reading & Comprehension Skills.

• Effective written communication with internal and external customers requires the ability to compose comprehensive sentences that provide clear and concise information

• Time Management - Timely processing of policy changes is critical. Must possess the ability to perform effective time management and effective prioritization to meet customer
