Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Developer with 4 to 8 years of experience in z/OS Linux administration Windows Server Admin and Work Fusion - RPA Express. The ideal candidate will work from home in a rotational shift model. Experience in Cards & Payments domain is a plus. The role involves managing and optimizing server environments and automating processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain z/OS Linux systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Oversee Windows Server administration tasks including installation configuration and troubleshooting.
• Provide expertise in Work Fusion
• RPA Express to automate business processes and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand automation requirements and deliver solutions.
• Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates and patches to maintain security and stability.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures.
• Assist in the design and implementation of new server environments and infrastructure projects.
• Conduct regular system audits and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to server environments and automation tools.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards for system administration and security.
• Participate in rotational shifts to provide 24/7 support for critical systems and applications.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and system performance.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
• Possess strong experience in z/OS Linux administration with a proven track record of managing complex systems.
• Demonstrate expertise in Windows Server administration including installation configuration and troubleshooting.
• Have hands-on experience with Work Fusion
• RPA Express for automating business processes.
• Nice to have experience in the Cards & Payments domain to understand industry-specific requirements.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Show strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Be willing to work in a rotational shift model to provide 24/7 support for critical systems.
