Job Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual for the role of CWR with 3 to 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Cucumber Jenkins Scrum Java TestNG Jira Selenium Maven and PL/SQL. Experience in the Education domain is a plus. This role involves working on cutting-edge projects that will have a significant impact on our companys success and societal contributions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Cucumber and Selenium to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins to streamline the development process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a Scrum environment to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Write and execute test cases using TestNG to validate software functionality and performance.
• Utilize Jira for tracking and managing defects ensuring timely resolution and communication with the development team.
• Implement and manage build processes using Maven to ensure consistent and reliable software builds.
• Perform database testing using PL/SQL to validate data integrity and accuracy.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Provide detailed and actionable feedback to developers to improve software quality.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure that new features do not negatively impact existing functionality.
• Analyze test results and provide comprehensive reports to stakeholders.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices for automated testing and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Possess strong technical skills in Cucumber Jenkins Scrum Java TestNG Jira Selenium Maven and PL/SQL.
• Demonstrate experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts.
• Show proficiency in integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Exhibit strong collaboration skills in a Scrum environment.
• Have experience in writing and executing test cases using TestNG.
• Be adept at using Jira for defect tracking and management.
• Display expertise in implementing and managing build processes using Maven.
• Have experience in performing database testing using PL/SQL.
