Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated Product Test Specialist with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Provar Robot TOSCA Selenium UFT Salesforce Advance Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Service Cloud CloudHealth Salesforce Mobile App and Sales Cloud. This role is hybrid and requires no travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.Responsibilities * Conduct comprehensive testing of products using Provar Robot TOSCA Selenium and UFT to ensure functionality and performance.

• Develop and execute test plans and test cases for Salesforce Advance Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Service Cloud CloudHealth Salesforce Mobile App and Sales Cloud.
• Identify document and track defects and inconsistencies in the product.
• Collaborate with the development team to understand product requirements and design effective test strategies.
• Provide detailed and accurate reports on testing activities and results.
• Ensure that all testing activities are conducted in accordance with established standards and procedures.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve product quality.
• Utilize automated testing tools to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
• Work closely with IT business support teams to understand domain-specific requirements and ensure they are met.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies in product testing.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
• Support the deployment of products by conducting final testing and validation.
• Provide training and support to junior team members on testing tools and techniques.

Qualifications * Possess strong technical skills in Provar Robot TOSCA Selenium UFT Salesforce Advance Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Service Cloud CloudHealth Salesforce Mobile App and Sales Cloud.

• Demonstrate experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases.
• Exhibit proficiency in identifying and documenting defects and inconsistencies.
• Show ability to collaborate effectively with development and IT business support teams.
• Have experience with automated testing tools and techniques.
• Display strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Possess excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
• Show experience in IT business support is a plus.
• Have a proactive and detail-oriented approach to testing.
• Exhibit the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Possess a strong understanding of industry best practices in product testing.

Certifications RequiredCertified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) Salesforce Certified Administrator ISTQB Certified Tester.
