Job Title Associate Project ManagerAbout PSM:This (PSM) function aims to create the liaison between technology platform (horizontal) services, platform and middleware delivery teams and the rest of the Amadeus organization. This organization is accountable of Key services to influence the platform organization, such demand management, portfolio management, service delivery management, commercial ownership, moving to cloud, this function is taking part to orchestrate the onboarding of workload on the platform: from the "Cost view", to the "technical analysis" in coordination with platform delivery teams, close follow-up of the onboarding and the transition to "Business As Usual" (FinOps, SLA, ...). to build an effective, customer focused onboarding services in coordination with the other GTC/Amadeus teams/customers.High level CMCC Mission Scope:- Migrate applications workload/traffic of all our customers (Execute and follow-up progress). The person is expected to drive key process areas as part of Project Management responsibilities like Migration Process, Execution, Support, Customer Facing Test, Cutover Preparation, Cutover, Post Cutover etc.. The person will be highly exposed to various internal/BU stakeholders including Amadeus senior leaders and would need good communication/influence/leadership skills.- Industrialize and optimize the Applications Migration to stick to the end date of the program and secure the production stability- Lower the risk to allow cutovers at scaleCommon accountabilities:
- Part of the Cloud Migration Control Center Team (CMCC) that industrializes, optimizes and secures overall applications cloud migrations\xc2\xb7 Processes enhancements (change management, Go/NoGo, business continuity,..):
\xc2\xb7 to work on some tasks already described in CMCC Kanban Boards.
\xc2\xb7 to improve processes based on cutover experiences.
\xc2\xb7 strong interaction/coordination with various Amadeus and Microsoft Teams
\xc2\xb7 Migration Execution
\xc2\xb7 Liaise with application teams to organise/participate/monitor cutovers
\xc2\xb7 Provide status and KPIs on progress of the migration
\xc2\xb7 Around 500 applications have to be migrated to the Cloud- Has working experience and advanced and specialized technical/functional knowledge in own discipline. Understands how own area contributes to the business. Acts as a reference for colleagues with less experience and supports junior team members. - Influences decisions related to own activity, anticipating dependencies and consequences in complex scenarios, contributes to transversal projects, proposes improvements to processes and is accountable for own and team commitments. - Works independently within plan dictated by manager, with some guidance on most complex situations.Specific accountabilities:Cloud Knowledge in particular on Platform
Good project management experience
Very good soft and hard communication skills
Resilient, Autonomous and Rigorous is a must have
Ability to work with the team in place (in both ERD, Nice and Bangalore) and under high level of exposure/ pressure

Create and execute work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the projects
Ensure management of projects controls (risks, issues and dependencies)
Effectively apply the Amadeus project management methodology and enforces project standards
Ensure that the project is managed to budget, time and quality and that it delivers the benefits anticipated in the business case. Responsible for problem resolution and project success.
This job profile participate in the preparation of the following key deliverables:
- Meeting management: Steering committee, Project Status meetings
- Documentation: Project Management Plan including, schedule, cost, scope...
- Engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
Communication with stakeholders both internal and external
