You derive energy from working with others of diverse backgrounds and engaging directly with customers.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing independent projects:

• Oversee projects of varying sizes, potentially as part of a larger program.
• Manage the project throughout its lifecycle, from qualification stage to project closure.
• Pay attention to detail, time management, and influencing people skills are essential.
• Assisting Program and/or Project Managers:

• Assist in managing sub-projects or key task elements.
• Report regularly on progress.
• Manage each assignment through its completion.
• Collaborating with project teams:

• Work effectively with local and distant teammates.
• Host meetings as needed to gather and share project details.
• Drive activities through others to meet project timelines and goals.
• Interacting with customers:

• Help fulfill project commitments to customers as assigned.
• Clarify requirements, communicate project status, and interact with customer work teams on project activities.
• Project Management administration:

• Write clear and simple documentation of project activities.
• Documentation includes requirement summaries, resource and project plans, status reports, change requests, risks, issues, variance reports, and lessons learned.
• Ensure accuracy in all documentation.

QualificationsEXPERIENCE

• Ideally you have a track record in Project Management managing one or more projects from inception through to closure within a commercial environment.
• Optimally you have experience with an IT solutions or airline industry solutions provider and are ready to hit the ground running.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Formal project management training and certification - PMP desired but not mandatory
