Job Description
An Associate Professor in a nursing institution leads academic and research activities, mentors faculty and students, and ensures adherence to Indian Nursing Council (INC) standards. They also engage in scholarly activities, publish research, and work to improve academic programs. Candidates must have a Master's in Nursing (MSN) or higher (Ph.D. preferred), with at least 8 years of experience, including 5 years of teaching experience, and strong leadership and research skills.
