Associate Product Marketing Manager, Automations and Integrations

About the Job:
As an Associate Product Marketing Manager for Automations and Integrations, you will focus on communicating new automation triggers and integrations to both SMB customers and Channel Partners. You will develop and maintain a library of automation templates, showcase capabilities through webinars and live events, and maintain public-facing materials regarding integrations.
Your Impact:
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of Vendasta's automation and integration capabilities.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities.
• Understand customer business needs and buying processes to influence product roadmap and launch strategies.
• Develop and maintain a library of automation templates.
• Showcase automation capabilities through webinars and live events.
• Maintain public-facing materials regarding integrations.
• Collaborate with product teams using project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Create and update data sheets, product presentations, and other marketing assets.
• Support sales teams with necessary tools and information to improve sales performance.
• Track and analyze key metrics such as active users, retention rates, campaign performance, asset utilization, and sales confidence.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive continuous improvement.
• Actively seek opportunities to enhance business knowledge and product expertise.
• Engage in supplementary tasks and responsibilities to support team and business objectives.
Role Performance Metrics And KPIs:
• Increase in active user engagement and retention rates.
• Improved campaign performance and asset utilization.
• Enhanced sales confidence and effectiveness.
• Positive impact on product adoption and customer satisfaction.
What you bring to the table:
• 1+ years of experience in product marketing or a related role, preferably in the SaaS industry.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, product launch and software release strategies, and customer journey stages.
• Proficient in project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is an asset, but not required.
