What Youll Do:
As an Associate Product Manager, you will report to the Strategic Product Head and collaborate with cross-functional teams to:
- Gather product data, including web analytics, statistics, and customer trends.
- Develop, champion, and execute platform vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Identify new opportunities and improvements through competitive analysis and research.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, user experience, and engineering teams.
- Develop reporting and analytics capability roadmaps.
- Document planned and delivered features and translate requirements into engineering specifications.
- Analyze consumer research data and identify product improvements.
- Coordinate findings with the product team to align with business goals.
- Prepare project status and risk management reports.
- Develop marketing strategies for enhanced product features.
- Train internal departments and support customers on new features.
- Develop efficient customer communication and feedback channels.
Skills & Traits We Are Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, business management, marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a SaaS enterprise tech company.
- Experience in gathering and interpreting requirements via PRDs and Wireframes.
- Ability to wireframe and demonstrate complex business workflows.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology.
- Prior experience in software development or analytics is preferred.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, logical thinking, problem-solving, and writing skills.
- Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable with ambiguity and change in the fast-paced SaaS industry.
- Strong leadership and mentoring qualities.
