Job Summary


As an Associate Product Manager, you will act as an intermediary between business, product requirement, and engineering teams and you are an active thought partner and application visionary who shapes the digital experience. The job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.

Responsibilities:

• Define and Conduct qualitative user interviews and tests to develop an understanding of user behavior, pain points, competition, and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct quantitative research to explain and validate findings
• Conduct competitive research and analysis, and identify industry standards and trends.
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Work autonomously with UX designers to synthesize complex product/design questions into actionable research plans.
• Collaborate with the Engineering team in shaping the product.
• Present findings and recommendations for the next steps - whether they are product/design decisions or further researchYou will be on top of all user feedback coming through multiple channels.
• Participate in the Product Management community.
+ Content Creation and Messaging:
- Create compelling and persuasive content for marketing collateral, website, product documentation, and other channels.
- Develop consistent messaging that communicates the value proposition of the SaaS product to various audiences.

+ Sales Enablement:
- Work closely with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials, including presentations, case studies, and product demonstrations.
- Provide training to sales teams on product features, benefits, and competitive differentiators.

+ Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Analyze customer feedback, usage data, and industry insights to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.

Skillsets:

• 5 - 8 years of overall experience and at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in designing and conducting user research and informing product and design decisions with research outcomes.
• Demonstrated understanding of various research methods and evaluation techniques.
• Knowledge of quantitative research and analysis.
• Self-motivated, dedicated, detail-oriented, and organized.
• High level of empathy; ability to relate to users from various perspectives.
• Ability to provide unbiased voice-of-the-customer feedback
• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
• Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently work with cross-functional teams across the globe and to present information to all levels of the organization.
• Wireframing, UML diagrams, Use Case Diagram and Activity Diagram; (Nice to have).
• Exposure to working with US market and experience in building campaigns for North America customers.
• Experience consuming and developing solutions that are highly interactive with internal/external APIs and web services
• Strong experience engaging with stakeholders from business and engineering
• Strong understanding of how technology provides value for business cases
• Understanding of agile methodology and a customer-first mindset
• Passionate about technology, solution-oriented and hands-on.
• Team spirit and focus on high quality delivery.
