[ABOUT THE ROLE]
Seeking a passionate and result driven individual to join our team as an Associate Product Manager. This role is ideal for a recent graduate eager to kick-start their career in the gaming industry. As a fresher, you\'ll have the opportunity to learn and grow within our organization while contributing to the success of our gaming projects.
[RESPONSIBILITIES]

• Assist in managing and coordinating game projects from initial planning to launch and live service.

• Support in defining project objectives, schedules, and requirements.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects progress efficiently.

• Aid in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide input for continuous improvement.

• Contribute insights and recommendations based on data analysis, under the guidance of experienced team members.

• Participate in building knowledge and understanding of data-driven insights within the team.

[ROLE REQUIREMENTS]

• Engineering Graduates from premier institutes passing out in 2024 only (preferred IIT).

• Specialization in computer science, game design, or a related field will be preferred.

• Strong interest in the gaming industry and willingness to learn.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Any relevant internships, coursework, or personal projects demonstrating your passion for gaming and project management would be a plus.

• Most importantly an attitude to go above and beyond in getting the little things done.

• Extremely high attention-to-detail is the basic requirement for this role.

• Loves games.

• Excellent academic performance throughout school and college, as well as leadership positions in extracurricular activities / clubs desired.
