FunctionEmerging Mobility Business UnitPay BandE4 to M2RoleAs an Associate Product Manager, you\'ll be part of EMBU and will report to Product ManagerA purpose driven role for youWe are looking for an experienced Associate Product Manager to participate in the creation of new products and features, from the idea stage to launch.A Day in the life1. Market Research:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer preferences with help of agencies.
Perform field market research independently, engaging with customers and stakeholders
Visualize the outcomes of market research through reports, presentations, and other mediums.
2. Presentation Skills:
Develop compelling presentations that communicate complex information effectively to internal stakeholders with strong sense of design.
Create visually engaging materials to support product pitches.
3. Storytelling:
Craft narratives that effectively communicate the value proposition of our products, highlighting key features and benefits.
Coordinate and display products in internal and external exhibitions
4. Strategic Product Planning:
Assist in the development and execution of product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Work closely with senior product manager to define product strategies, positioning, and differentiationAcademic Qualification & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, engineering or a related field with

• 1 to 3 years of experience in product management.

Technical Skills/KnowledgePassion for the motorcycling and understanding of motorcycle market dynamics.
Proficient in creating visually appealing presentations not just using tools like PowerPoint or Keynote but beyond.

• Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to convey information in a compelling and engaging manner using visualization tools.

Behavioural Skills

• Strong research skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail.
