Job Title Associate Product Manager

As an Associate Product Manager, you will continually work to understand the challenges the business faces and will deliver change through technology teams. You will be responsible for our Client Execution capabilities. You will also work very closely with the technology teams to ensure they have clear priorities and build impactful features.

As an Associate Product Manager, you will have:

• 4-6 years of Relevant experience in business analysis, agile product owner/manager roles
• Work with the Product Manager, Technical Team Lead, and the development team to deliver both innovative initiatives and strategic company objectives
• Build new features by breaking down and scoping the work with the development team
• Discover, analyze, and measure the value of new features, seeking outcomes which support our objectives and key results
• Act as product owner for the scrum team: defining user stories, prioritizing the backlog, help set sprint goals and accepting the completed work meets criteria
• Work alongside key stakeholders in dealing, technology, and risk
• Work with the Product Manager to create a roadmap that prioritizes value and enables delivery of IG's business goals

The Associate Product Manager role is a high visibility role in the organization and IG's open culture will enable you to put forward your ideas where it will get acted upon. • We're looking for tenacious, curious, eager, and open-minded people to help us maintain our industry leadership.
• Proven ability to have helped define and execute a product vision, strategy, and roadmap with senior product leaders
• Proven ability to go from strategic planning to delivery of both innovative initiatives and tactical activities that optimize business value
• Able to understand commercial imperatives of how IG products work and the commercial models that underpin them
• Delivered multiple features via an agile software delivery cycle, experienced with projects at scale, with several different streams and different stakeholders
• Demonstrable ability to write user stories, manage product backlog and work with the development team
• Experienced in agile delivery methods such as Scrum and Kanban
• Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certified
• Ability to negotiate, inspire and support stakeholders-
• Work alongside key stakeholders, including technology, commercial, marketing and operations
