MyBillbook is one of our flagship products that allows small businesses to create invoices, manage their outstanding and monitor their stock on the go. As a customer support associate, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, enhancing customer journey with our product and overall service experience.
Key Responsibilities• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and senior designers to conceptualize and execute product design solutions.
• User Experience (UX) Design: Participate in user research, create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to ensure intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Visual Design: Contribute to the visual aspects of the product, including layout, color schemes, typography, and overall design aesthetics.
• Prototyping: Build interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas to stakeholders and validate design decisions through user testing.
• Design Documentation: Help create and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and other documentation to ensure design consistency across the platform.
• Feedback & Iteration: Actively participate in design critiques, gather user feedback, and iterate on designs to improve usability and functionality.
• Stay Current: Keep up to date with industry trends, design tools, and SaaS product design best practices to bring fresh ideas and perspectives to the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications• Completed a degree / course in Product Design, User Experience (UX) Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related fields (recent graduates may also apply).
• Proficiency in Figma , and other design software.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and user-centered design processes.
• Basic knowledge of prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Marvel, etc.) and the ability to create interactive designs.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present and articulate design decisions to team members.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing, functional, and easy-to-use products.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate and contribute in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Portfolio of design work (school projects, personal projects, or previous internships) demonstrating problem-solving skills and creative design solutions.

Location - Bangalore , Hybrid 5 days working (or) Remote Internship Stipend - 50K Per month
