We bring deep Category expertise extending across various direct and indirect spend categories.Graduate with 2-3 years of experience in initiating, executing, and managing Vendor Risk Management activities (2-4 years relevant experience in sourcing and procurement activities.The Vendor Risk Management Senior Consultant will understand Vendor Risk Management (VRM) processes and governance mechanism to manage supplier on a day-on-day basis over full relationship life-cycle from start to finish, including but not limited to \xe2\x80\x93 delivery of an effective strategic Vendor Risk Management service supporting managers, support the Client team to develop and deliver effective Vendor Risk Management and supplier relationship and operational policies for promoting innovation across teams.\xe2\x80\xa2 Should possess a strong understanding of Procurement business, Suppliers/Vendors in Procurement space.\xe2\x80\xa2 Provides Vendor Risk Management services to Client based on predefined service levels, managing Multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously\xe2\x80\xa2 Lead assessment of vendor risk via pre-contract due diligence, develop mitigation plan and partner with stakeholders to monitor vendors\xe2\x80\xa2 Performing a risk assessment - Analyze current risks and identifying potential risks that are affecting Client\xe2\x80\xa2 Provide guidance to the business, Strategic Sourcing, and other stakeholders to ensure requirements of VRM are fully understood\xe2\x80\xa2 Analyze, update & modify procedures & processes to identify & continuously implement vendor risk management process improvements. Develop and maintain comprehensive Vendor Risk Management documentation\xe2\x80\xa2 Help ensure strong oversight of all vendors\' risks and provide business partners visibility of existing and emerging risks\xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to be agile and dynamic and work in a fast-paced high pressure environment.Should be aware of and have ability to perform and have strong understanding of VRM lifecycle of below activities which are part of Vendor Risk Management regular program.1. Ongoing Risk Monitoring and Remediation This is 100% Work from Office engagement model using client infrastructure and environment provisioned by WNS at Gurgaon Delivery Center.Shift timings is 9 AM to 6:30 PM. Job Location is Gurgaon. Local candidates are preferred. No relocation benefits will be provided.Flexible with work hours and should be able to extend and support as and when required.

Qualifications

Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven understanding and execution of the end to end Vendor Risk Management lifecycle including Risk Evaluation, Control Suggestions & Risk Control review, understanding Risk Domains (Exp. BCP, AML, HSE, INFO Sec) \xe2\x80\xa2 Understand the global vendor risk management practices of the banks to meet the OCC, FCA, ACPR, MAS, HKMA, RBI, CBO, CBE, SAMA, and other key international locations.
