JOB DESCRIPTION The candidate must possess in-depth functional knowledge of the process area and apply it to operational scenarios to provide effective solutions. Goals and thoughts must be clearly and concisely articulated and conveyed, verbally and in writing, to clients, colleagues, subordinates, and supervisors. Associate Process Manager Role & Responsibilities: Compilation of data for Returns/audit under Direct Tax laws, Knowledge of Tax provisions related to MAT and SEZs. Monthly & quarterly reporting under compliance calendar Compilation of data for Tax assessments. Computing Advance Tax liability and Tax provision working for the company. Preparation of quarterly tax workings for our foreign subsidiaries located in US, UK, Canada, Netherlands and Singapore Compilation & providing data to consultants for other statutory return filings for our foreign subsidiaries Technical and Functional Skills: CA with 1 year of post qualification experience. Knowledge of taxation. Good knowledge of excel and experience into preparing various trackers. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities. Strong analytical skills and experience using and presenting data to make decisions.
