The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality educational content, end-to-end test cases, and testing-related projects while ensuring alignment with client requirements. This role demands strong technical knowledge, client-handling skills, and the ability to proactively guide teams to improve content quality and client relationships.

Explore and incorporate additional testing knowledge, such as web services and API automation, frontend testing, and database testing.
Preferred Qualifications:
o Experience in Content creation.
o Experience in creating end-to-end test cases and projects that align with client requirements.
o Sound knowledge of test planning and scenario creation.
o Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
Technical Skills:
o Strong knowledge of Java Selenium and hands-on experience with Hybrid and BDD frameworks.
o Proficiency with tools such as Eclipse, VSCode, and version control systems like Git.
o Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation integration.
o Good-to-have skills in C# Selenium, Python Selenium, web services, TestNG and API automation.
o Knowledge of frontend testing and SQL databases.
o Proven ability to understand client requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for the team.
o Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
o Presentation: Proficient in creating and delivering engaging and informative training sessions.
o Instructional Design: Knowledge of curriculum development and various instructional methods.
o Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
o Adaptability: Ability to adjust teaching methods to suit different learning styles and environments.
o Time Management: Efficient in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
