:Work Location: Delhi NCRResponsibilities:

• Seeking an experienced Database Professional who has an in-depth understanding with experience of 15+ Years in Oracle DB based solutions its DB deployment and management, its industry best practices, and technology designs for on premise and cloud landscapes.

• Candidate to have strong experience with Oracle Products and have a proven track record of successful implementations, must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Perform complex duties and tasks that leverage domain expertise to implement, manage and support Oracle products and technology to provide value to customers.

• Have expertise in delivering functional and technical solutions for complex customer engagements.

• Experience in leading the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality and integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget.

• Experience performing requirements interpretation, translating customer needs into system development requirements and tasks.

• Cultivates and identifies business development opportunities and routinely works with Leadership to expand customer support, effectively consults with management of customer organizations as needed.

• Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, implements Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs.

• Applies Oracle methodology, procedures, and leading practices and has good experience as a lead in projects, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to develop skills of team members.

• Strong communication skills with internal and external personnel are a must.

Required Skills:

• On site customer support experience and willing to travel for customer support as needed.

• Experience in latest Oracle Database Installations and Upgrades.

• Lead P1s incidents during outages, coordinate with multi-domain team during outages and maintenance activities with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Develop and maintain detailed functional designs and configuration documents with ability to write functional design documents and communicate with the technical team for Extensions, Custom Integrations and Reports

• Experience in the following Database technologies:

oOracle Database Enterprise EditionoOracle Real Application ClustersoMultitenant (create, cloning, dropping, CDBs and PDBs),oOracle Automated Storage Management (ASM),

• Experience in various tools and techniques, such as

oOracle Enterprise Manager,oAutomatic Workload Repository,oAutomatic Database Diagnostic Monitor,oSQL Tuning Advisor,oSQL Plan Management,oOracle Performance Analyzer etc.To optimize database performance by tuning SQL queries, indexes, memory, storage, and network etc.

• Experience writing SQL/PLSQL code.

• Experience with Linux (use & navigation, and shell scripting knowledge)

• Experienced in planning and implementing backup and recovery strategies using:

oOracle Recovery Manager,oOracle Data Guard (Physical Standby and Active Data Guard),oOracle Flashback Technology,oOracle Data PumpTo perform full, incremental, or differential backups, to create standby or duplicate databases, to recover data from undo segments or flashback logs, or to export and import data.

• Experience in using various tools and frameworks, such as

oOracle Database Vault,oOracle Audit Vault and Database Firewall,oOracle Advanced Security,oOracle Data Safe etc.To enforce database security policies and rules, to monitor and on database security threats, and to assess and improve database security posture by DB patching and Hardening.Desired Skills (Good to have):

• Oracle Database Certified Associate

• Oracle Database Certified Professional

• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Certifications

• Experience with the Oracle Label Security option.

• Oracle GoldenGate experience a plus

• Knowledge of software life cycle and Configuration Management practices
