Associate Planning Specialist , Chennai, India, Onsite What is the job about Apply subject matter knowledge, capabilities to develop and support improvements within the continuous development. To provide operational support for Grundfos supply chain, through process improvements or advanced analytics Your Main Responsibilities Improve the Planning process through SIOP (Sales, Inventory, Operations, Planning) and SIOE (Sales Inventory and Operations Execution) with E2E value chain Co-ordinating with regional team and monitoring the delivery performance to prepare the weekly update to leadership team Driving the Segmentation and Maintaining the master data for finished goods Convert purchase requisition to purchase orders for direct materials through SAP against the schedule. Review the open purchase orders and follow up with the Import and Local suppliers for on-time delivery. Facilitate the purchasing team with the necessary forecast for raw materials and for maintaining sufficient inventory levels across the value chain. Should be familiar in SAP MM module and maintain MM data in SAP within the area of responsibility Ensure a steady flow of materials by coordinating with CHA (Customs House Agent) & Forwarders to meet the delivery schedule. Suggest appropriate changes in maintaining the correct Re-order level, MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) and ROV (Rounding Value) based on the demand. Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of supply chain activities. Co-ordinate with warehousing, quality, and other cross functional team to ensure all products arrive on time and in good condition Your background : We imagine that you have: Bachelor\'s degree graduate preferably in Mechanical Engineering. At least 4:5 years of experience in supply chain.
