  • Strategy \xe2\x86\x92 Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Operations \xe2\x86\x92 Take charge of monthly payroll processing, PF operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory regulations
  • Operations \xe2\x86\x92 Develop plans to enhance day-to-day operations, incorporating insights from employee feedback and industry best practices.
  • Operations \xe2\x86\x92 Oversee and optimize HR tools, ensuring their effective utilization for streamlined processes.
