In this role, you will support a wide range of HR Ops activities, including employee onboarding, HRIS management, employee engagement, and general HR administration. You will collaborate closely with different departments to ensure the effective implementation of HR strategies, policies, and practices.If this opportunity excites you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet all of the qualifications:How You Will Make an Impact:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.People Operations: Responsible for complete HR Operations in the People & Culture Team;

  • Support the People & Culture team in daily HR operations, including employee pre/onboarding, records maintenance, and employee data management.
  • Drive & Deliver Induction for all new hires, messaging the company culture, vision, and mission aligned with the values and policies.
  • Maintain and update the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
  • Assist in the execution of HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies.
  • Coordinate and facilitate employee engagement initiatives, including but not limited to surveys, on-the-floor events, and communication.
  • Provide operational support for various HR processes, including but not limited to performance management, talent acquisition, L&D - Talent development.
  • Support in executing and managing employee benefits programs, including enrolments, changes, and inquiries.
  • Prepare HR-related reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
  • Handle employee queries and provide timely resolutions.
  • Ready to take up initiatives to enhance employee experience.
  • Drive HR/People & Culture team's operational excellence from a 360-degree perspective.
What You Bring to the Team:
  • Masters degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Human Resources or People Executive role.
  • Hands-on experience with industry-standard Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other HR-related tools and software.
  • Strong organisational skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Have good aspirations of learning and adapting organisational and industry knowledge.
