We\'re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate I to join our APAC- Payroll team . This role is located in Pune. Key responsibilities include: Participate and contribute to implementation of Time Labour & Absence for global regions. With guidance manage Time Labour & Absence for global regions. Supports all payroll processes of assigned region. Participates in records management, preparation of documents related to time labour and absence and development of reports for management. Assists with the implementation of payroll policies and procedures that comply with all laws, policies and regulations within the country or region. May analyze processes to suggest improvements. With direct supervision, may contribute to special projects. Ensures that all statutory regulations and payments to third parties including regulatory and taxing bodies are in compliance with country and/or regional law. Confirms the implementation procedure with more senior professionals. Supports the development of accounting schedules and contributes to data gathering in support of system efficiencies analyses. Completes assigned audit tasks as needed. No direct reports. Provides guidance to more junior professionals. May lead a project team where leadership skills are required. Manager Time Labour & Absence queries and for global regions Works with moderate supervision to provide business support for the time and attendance application. Works with large volumes of employee data to generate insights. Validates the application works in accordance with local labor laws. Works with technical teams to ensure application accurately tracks employees\' time and attendance details. Identify Time Labour & Absence best practices and implement across all countries. Ensures system feeds accurate data to payroll system. Works with legal, People Team & Technical team to develop internal guidelines on time-off programs to ensure associates are paid in accordance with state and local laws. Provides ad-hoc reporting as needed. Coordinates with stake holders, and asks relevant questions to enable understanding of requirements and expected results With guidance, assists with the implementation of changes in Time, labour and attendance system to accommodate system changes. What you\'ll need: Bachelor\'s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 5-8 years of total work experience is preferred.
