Ideal candidate plays a key role in delivering technical expertise through eye-checks, dispensing, and diagnosis as well as selling products, executing stock takes and SOPs to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Personal attributes & competencies -
Minimum qualification: Fresher B.Sc. / Diploma in Optometry / Diploma in Ophthalmic Assistant

Ability to build rapport and trusting relationships
Ability to understand unstated needs of the customer and offer solutions
Clear communication and active listening skills
Ability to adapt to changing environment and openness to learn
Proactive task ownership, result-orientation, and customer-orientation

Job Details:

Role: Optometrist / Dispensing Optician / Fresher
Experience: 0-7 years
Salary Range: 18000 - 25,000 take home salary + incentives (negotiable for the right candidate)
Working hours: 9 hrs.
Shift: Rotational
Store Timings: 10 am to 9 pm

What you will be doing:

Ideal Candidate should be able to handle eye exam/test, contact lens dispensing, specialized lens dispensing etc.

Training will be provided to interview selected applicants at Lenskart Academy, Bangalore for 30 days before starting off their journey with us in our retail outlets.
