Main Responsibilities:
1. Morning Bus Audits
- Conduct comprehensive audits of buses every morning, focusing on cleanliness, essential supplies, and branding.
- Identify any defects or issues and take appropriate actions to address them promptly.
2. Ticket Resolution
- Manage and resolve tickets raised by customers by thoroughly addressing their concerns and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure timely closure of all customer tickets to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
3. Coordination with Cleaning Team
- Work closely with the cleaning team to ensure all buses meet high standards of cleanliness.
- Set clear expectations and guidelines for the cleaning team to maintain consistent quality across the fleet.
4. Coordination with the Branding Team
- Collaborate with the branding team to maintain and update bus branding as required.
- Schedule and oversee branding maintenance to ensure timely and accurate implementation.
5. Audit Visits to Different Locations
- Conduct regular visits to various locations to audit the cleanliness and appearance of buses.
- Ensure that high cleaning standards are consistently maintained across all buses in the fleet.
6. Record Keeping
- Maintain detailed records of bus audits, cleaning activities, and branding updates.
- Utilize collected data to analyze and improve cleaning and branding processes continuously.
7. Shift Responsibilities
- Be responsible for both day and night shifts, as per the roster.
- Ensure consistent quality and adherence to standards across all shifts.
By fulfilling these responsibilities, the Quality Executive will play a crucial role in maintaining the appearance and overall quality of the bus fleet, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and upholding the company's standards.
