Motor Claims Recoveries - Process is to seek recovery from Third party Insurance company of cost we have paid to policy holder on a non fault Claim..o Needs calculate the outlay amount accurately before requestingo Needs to call & write to other Insurance to pursue recovery / discuss liability. This involves Inbound and outbound calls.o Needs to effectively manage follow up on claims using the claims system.o Effectively/timely usage Legal option to pursue recovery of cost.o Accurate record keeping of information exchange and action taken.

Qualifications

Qualificationso Minimum Academic Qualification -Graduate only o System working knowledge required: basic internet and web based applicationsAdditional informationGood communication skills Written & Verbal. Open to work in Flexible shifts & split offs . Motor Insurance knowledge and experience is preferable.
