Associate - Operational Excellence

As an Operational Excellence Associate within the oil and gas industry, you will play a crucial role in driving operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and sustainable growth for our organization. Leveraging your expertise in process optimization, risk management, and industry best practices, you will lead, and coordinate initiatives aimed at enhancing operational performance, reducing costs, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance.

Key responsibilities:

1. Building positive working level client relationships

2. Understand Service Line offerings and all processes of OE

3. Enhance firm and personal brand value through services

4. Deliver consistent client delight

5. Quality of output and timeliness of delivery of products, services and HSD

6. Adhere to operational excellence norms

7. Awareness of HSD markets

8. Adhere to company rules and follow values

9. Upkeeping of daily status reports and data management

10. Stakeholder management

Key skills:
