The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in executing deals and supporting our investment strategies in building a portfolio of early-stage startups.Qualifications and Skills

• Must possess expertise in startups (Mandatory skill), deal sourcing (Mandatory skill), and deal execution (Mandatory skill).
• Proven ability in data analysis, leveraging quantitative skills to evaluate financial data and investment opportunities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, capable of creating financial models and writing skills.
• Strong analytical thinking to assess market trends, financial performance, and potential investment risks.
• Experience in deal sourcing, identifying potential investment opportunities, and conducting due diligence.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration and reporting.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements throughout investment processes.

• Assist in the execution of investment deals from identification and evaluation to closing and post-investment management.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and create detailed investment presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor portfolio performance and provide insights on risk mitigation strategies to stakeholders and management.
• Engage with early-stage startups to identify investment opportunities and support them through the funding process.
• Collaborate with team members to develop innovative investment strategies aligned with company goals and market trends.
• Maintain and expand relationships with investors, financial institutions, and other industry professionals.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investment targets, analyzing their financial health and growth potential.
