What you will do:

o Basic understanding of marketing/sales related event coordinationo Basic product and procedural knowledgeo Basic understanding of competitive landscape o General understanding of key customer groupso Basic understanding of educational program designo Strong interpersonal skills including written and oral communicationo Support the coordination of Medical Education courses and programso Basic understanding of how we deliver trainingo Gather data and information from Medical Education programso Understand our medical education and business strategyo Understand our budgeting processo Understand customer profiles including why we engage KOLo Understand training and Medical Education workstreamso Understand why and how we listen to our customerso Awareness of internal branding guidelineso Aware of commonly used internal communication tools

Minimum Qualifications (Required):

o Bachelor's degree requiredo 0+ years of work experience required

Preferred Qualifications (Strongly desired):

o MBA preferredo Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skillso Strong analytical and problem-solving skillso Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelineso Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authorityo Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policieso Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
